The opportunity to meet and receive some valuable golf tips from Hall of Fame Golfer Annika Sorenstam is available this summer, thanks to The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe.
The Ritz-Carlton, located at mid-mountain at Northstar California ski resort, welcomes back Sorenstam Aug. 14-16 to offer members of The Ritz-Carlton Rewards Program an exclusive golf weekend getaway.
Featuring opportunities to socialize with and receive group coaching from the legendary golfer, the event weekend also includes a two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, private reception with Sorenstam, a round of golf at the Old Greenwood golf course in Truckee, hosted lunch and round-trip transportation to and from the golf course from the resort.
The “Annika Golf Weekend” is an exclusive Ritz-Carlton Member experience that begins with guests arriving Friday, Aug. 14 and enjoying a private reception and opportunity to meet Sorenstam from 6-7:30 p.m. at the resort.
Saturday morning, round-trip transportation will be provided to golfers from the resort to the Old Greenwood golf course, where one of the most successful female golfers of all time will offer a 90-minute golf clinic, followed by an exclusive photography opportunity with Sorenstam, and a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus signature course.
Sorenstam is the greatest female golfer of our generation, and during her 15-year Hall of Fame career, she changed the way women’s golf was played. She opened the ANNIKA Academy in 2007, and since then, her team of coaches has shared their Winning Approach with players of varying ages, skill levels and gender to allow them to achieve greater results by transferring energy and power from the gym to the golf course.
