Tahoe Donner is featuring a variety of events throughout the winter. Below is a list of what’s coming up at Tahoe Donner this winter at the CrossCountrySkiCenter, Downhill Ski Area and Snowplay.
TAHOE DONNER CROSS COUNTRY SKI CENTER SPECIAL EVENTS
In this Winter Olympic year Tahoe Donner will be offering many special events to celebrate and allow guests to experience the Olympic sport of Cross Country Skiing and biathlon. Nov. 30, Welcome Winter – Cross Country Season Passholders Wine Tasting/Social. All season passholders are invited to join us for appetizers and wine at the cross country center. This is a great chance to mingle, get excited for the upcoming season and hopefully we will even have some snow on the ground! The cost at Tahoe Donner Cross County ski center is $20 ($25 the day of the event) and includes appetizers and wine tasting.
Dec. 13-20, Passholder “Bring a Friend” Days. Tahoe Donner Cross County ski center are offering a great deal for guests of season passholders from Dec 13-20. Unlimited guests allowed. Passholder must be present. Conditions permitting. The cost is $15 for a trail pass and $10 for rentals. Dec. 14, Full Moon Ski and Snowshoe Tour & Dinner at Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Dec. 14, Learn to be a Cross Country Instructor at Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Ever wondered if you have what it takes to teach skiing? Dec. 22, Biathlon Clinic at Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the spirit of the Olympic games, this new cross country program will introduce participants to the Olympic sport of biathlon from 10-11:30 a.m. for ages 13 and older and 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. for Juniors ages 7-12.
