Summer activities at Squaw Valley

June 20, 2015 By Jeffrey Weidel

Ski season is long gone, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t activities going on this summer at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe.

Squaw Valley welcomes summer to Lake Tahoe with the opening of the High Camp Pool & Hot Tub to the public on Saturday, June 20. From weekly events such as Bluesdays at Squaw and Yoga Squaw’d, to annual festivals like the Art, Wine & Music Festival and Wanderlust Squaw Valley, and countless other activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this summer at Squaw Valley.

High Camp Pool & Hot Tub will be open for guests to enjoy panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierras from elevation 8,200 feet. In addition to access to the Pool & Hot Tub, as well as the High Camp Roller Rink, guests can participate in an array of free activities including: Hiking, Geocaching Slackline, Bag Toss, Ladder Toss, and Croquet.
