Some of the world’s most recognized winter sports athletes will bring in the New Year at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows today through Jan. 2.
JT Holmes, Jonny Moseley, and Jeremy Jones – all of whom call Squaw Valley home – will be signing autographs and skiing and snowboarding with guests at both resorts, as well as hosting happy hour at Squaw.

Ski & Ride with the Pros
Guests can ski and ride with Jeremy Jones, JT Holmes, and Jonny Moseley. At Alpine, skiers and riders should meet at the base of Alpine’s Summit Express at 10 a.m. At Squaw, skiers and riders should meet at the Gold Coast Demo center. See times below. It is free to ski or ride with the pros, however, a lift ticket is required for lift access.

Autograph Signings
Guests can get the signatures of Jeremy Jones, JT Holmes and Jonny Moseley. These world-renowned athletes will each be signing autographs at the base of the Funitel near the Toyota display. The event is free to the public.

Happy Hour with the Pros
Head up to High Camp’s Terrace Bar and Restaurant for happy hour hosted by Jonny Moseley, JT Holmes, or Jeremy Jones – depending on the night. Happy hour kicks off at 5 p.m. and gives guests the unique opportunity to mingle with a pro while sipping on some of Squaw’s signature drinks amid stunning, panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada.

Dawn Patrol with Jonny Moseley
Squaw Valley’s Chief Mountain Host and Olympic Gold Medalist, Jonny Moseley, will host Dawn Patrol at Squaw Valley Dec. 28-30. Dawn Patrol gives skiers and riders exclusive access to the mountain at 7:40 a.m., more than an hour before chairs open to the public at 9 a.m. This is a truly unique opportunity for skiers and riders to ski Squaw’s perfectly groomed corduroy with a legendary Olympian. Lucky Winner Gets to Ride 3 Hours with Jeremy Jones on Jan. 2
One lucky winner will get three hours of exclusive skiing or riding with legendary snowboarder Jeremy Jones. Skiers and riders can enter to win the personal shred day with Jones from Dec. 26-31 at The Ledge Boardshop located in the Village at Squaw Valley. The winner will be selected on Jan. 1.
