Discounted skiing on a Wednesday at Palisades Tahoe will continue for an additional month.

Community Day lift tickets at Palisades Tahoe will remain $89, valid on select Wednesdays through April 8. The promotion began Feb. 4 and Palisades Tahoe recently added five more days to community days, starting March 11.
Palisades Tahoe is calling Community Days a way to celebrate the perks of midweek skiing, typified by fewer crowds and more room to roam. Guests with flexible schedules can experience Palisades Tahoe’s 6,000 acres of terrain with easier access to lifts, more laps, and a more relaxed mountain atmosphere.
“Midweek skiing is one of the best ways to experience Palisades Tahoe,” Patrick Lacey, PR Manager of Palisades Tahoe said.
The discounted, all-ages tickets are available for purchase online and support local non-profits, offering a significant discount compared to standard midweek rates.
Remaining Community Day Dates
- March 18
- March 25
- April 1
- April 8

The 2026/27 Ikon Pass goes on sale Thursday, March 12. Guests who purchase early can lock in the lowest price of the season.
The discounted Wednesdays offer significant savings. During the remaining days in March, single day lift tickets range from a low of $136 (March 30-31) to a high of $231 on a pair of Saturdays – March 14 and March 21.
In addition to significant savings, Community Days support the Tahoe region beyond the slopes. A portion of each Community Day ticket sold will be donated to a local charity, reinforcing the resort’s ongoing commitment to community and local nonprofits.
The first round of Community Days supported Sierra Community House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and individuals across North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Thanks to strong participation from guests and the local community, more than $20,000 was raised to support their important work.
For the extended Community Days dates, a portion of the proceeds will benefit Achieve Tahoe, a nonprofit dedicated to providing inclusive outdoor recreation programs for individuals with disabilities. The initiative helps make skiing and riding more accessible while supporting meaningful community programming in the Tahoe region.
