Diamond Peak offers discount season passes

October 25, 2022 By Jeffrey Weidel

Like many Lake Tahoe ski resorts, Diamond Peak is offering reduced rates for 2022-23 season passes prior to the start of actual skiing and riding.

The Diamond Peak season pass savings for skiers and snowboarders concludes Oct. 31.

Diamond Peak’s planned opening date for this season is Thursday, Dec. 8.

The preseason savings for skiers and snowboarders are listed below for Diamond Peak, a family-friendly resort located off Highway 431 in Incline Village. The savings period ends Oct. 31.

All season passes this year are fully refundable (minus a $25 processing fee) if unused and turned in by Jan. 15, 2023. (See Peak Pledge perk details here) So, there’s almost no risk in purchasing a pass prior to the season starting.

  • $419 – Youth (save $106)
  • $234 – Child (save $51)

WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON: Several new things are taking place this season at Diamond Peak.

  • New RFID access gates:Riders of the Crystal Express, Lakeview, Lodgepole and School House chairlifts will enjoy the convenience of touch-free access and won’t have to worry about pulling out their passes to be scanned again.
  • Relocation of Village Terrain Park features to Spillway:The medium and large-sized features in Diamond Peak’s Village Terrain Park are moving for the 2022-23 ski season to the Spillway run. Smaller VTP jumps and features will still be located near the bottom of the Wiggle run (in the same zone they were located last season), while the Jump Start Park for first-time terrain park users will also remain in the same location as last season – the bottom of Popular trail.
  • Penguin & Dusty’sruns will be traditional groomers again this season with the relocation of the VTP features to Spillway.
  • New surface lift in Child Ski & Ride Centerwill allow for more efficient lesson programs for our youngest skiers and riders.
